A K-8 school in Denver, CO, is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a contract position running from December 1, 2025, through May 29, 2026. This role offers an opportunity to work directly with students in a dynamic educational setting, providing essential speech and language services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to a caseload of 35-40 students, ranging from mild/moderate to moderate/severe needs.
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and referrals to support student progress.
- Participate in IEP and 504 meetings, collaborating with educators and families.
- Provide consultations to instructional staff to support individualized goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district and state guidelines.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist certification (SLP-CCC and/or SLP-School certification preferred).
- Candidates open to Certified Fellow Year (CFY) clinicians are encouraged to apply.
- Current Colorado Department of Education (CDE) credential requiredplease submit verification with your application.
